Prior to participating in any BoldJourney programs or activities, all participants, or their legal guardians in the case of minors, are required to complete and sign an Informed Consent and Assumption of Risk Agreement.
This agreement outlines the inherent risks associated with sports and entertainment activities, acknowledges the participant’s understanding of these risks, and affirms their voluntary participation.
Participants, or their legal guardians if the participant is a minor, must also sign a Release and Waiver of Liability Form.
This form releases BoldJourney, its directors, officers, employees, and agents from any liability, claims, or demands arising from participation in BoldJourney activities.
It covers, but is not limited to, liabilities related to bodily injury, personal injury, illness, death, or property damage that may occur during participation legal c waiver.
